Last updated: 2026-05-06  ·  Version: v0 (template)
Pre-publication template
This is a v0 template. It must be reviewed and signed off by Mexican counsel before any commercial engagement. Product offering, license scope, and service-level commitments (SLA) are governed by separate commercial contracts signed with each design partner / customer.

01Acceptance

By accessing or using tintago.ai (the ‘Site’), the user accepts these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

02Informational nature of the Site

The Site is an informational and marketing medium about the Tintago product. It does NOT constitute:

Any commercial commitment between Tintago and a customer / design partner is formalized via written contract signed by both parties.

03Demonstrative content

The responses shown in the ‘La cuña’ section of the Site are demonstrative examples illustrating the difference between Tintago and general-purpose models. They must not be used as binding guidance for real compliance decisions. The regulatory citations (CUB, DCG, Circular 3/2012, Ley Banxico) are authentic references to Mexican law, but applying them to a concrete case requires analysis by certified compliance personnel.

04Intellectual property

All Site content — visual design, tintago brand, logotype, mark, copy, legal templates, frontend source — is property of [TINTAGO LEGAL ENTITY] and protected by copyright and Mexican Industrial Property Law. Use requests (quotes, screenshots, presentations): contact legal@tintago.ai.

Mark status: the tintago trademark is pending registration with IMPI (Mexican Industrial Property Institute) in classes 9, 35, 36, and 42, and with WIPO's Madrid System. The name is considered provisional until registration is granted.

05Limitation of liability

The Site is provided ‘as-is.’ To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [TINTAGO LEGAL ENTITY] and affiliates will not be liable for:

06Third-party links

The Site may include links to third-party sites (e.g., Mexican regulatory authorities — CNBV, Banxico, INAI, IMPI). Links are reference-only. Tintago is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of external sites.

07Modifications

Tintago reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on publication, with a visible update date in the header.

08Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the civil courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
